on the easel this week
This week I'm working on owls in tree trunks. This one might even be the piece that goes into the Art-A-Whirl silent auction in May. I just have to decide what color to paint that little owlie.

little artsy helper
He is just wonderful company in the studio.
I often look down to find him playing at my feet with toys, or shoes, or spoons. I watch him discover new things like his reflection in the microwave which he has discovered with his new super power *standing*. He decorates with cheerios, has a special paint brush, and naps in a little nook.
He's my pal.
And I'm so lucky to have him along.
